The challenge
Made's account managers were spending every Friday manually compiling reports across twelve active client accounts. Performance data had to be pulled from five separate tools — analytics, paid ads, social, project management, and a time tracker — then formatted into branded reports and sent to each client individually.
With twelve accounts, this was consuming an entire workday every week. Errors were common, deadlines were slipping, and the team had no capacity left for strategic thinking.
My approach
I sketched early concepts around a unified dashboard, then moved into wireframes to test different information hierarchies. After two rounds of iteration and feedback sessions with the team, I built a high-fidelity prototype covering the full reporting flow — from data overview to client-ready export.

The final design was handed off as a fully documented web experience, including empty states, error handling, and responsive breakpoints.
The results
Account managers stopped dreading Fridays. Reports went out on time every week without exception — automatically, without manual input.
Two clients specifically mentioned improved transparency as a reason for renewing their contracts. The team used their reclaimed time to take on two additional accounts within the first quarter.
