The challenge

Vorix's sales team was operating in the dark. Leads came in from multiple sources — forms, emails, referrals — and every one of them had to be manually reviewed, scored, and entered into the CRM by hand.

There was no consistent qualification process. Sales reps were making judgment calls without data, spending more time on admin than on actual selling. The pipeline was cluttered, priorities were unclear, and high-value leads were getting lost in the noise.

My approach

Research revealed two core problems: no structured qualification criteria, and no single place to see the full pipeline at a glance. I translated these findings into wireframes, exploring different approaches to lead scoring and pipeline visibility.

Research revealed two core problems: no structured qualification criteria, and no single place to see the full pipeline at a glance. I translated these findings into wireframes, exploring different approaches to lead scoring and pipeline visibility.

After iterating on feedback from the sales team, I built a high-fidelity prototype — a focused CRM dashboard where leads are automatically scored, prioritized, and ready to act on without any manual data entry.

The results

Sales reps stopped spending their mornings on admin. With a clear, prioritized pipeline in front of them, they could focus entirely on selling.

The team qualified three times more leads in the same amount of time. CRM admin dropped by 50% — and for the first time, the sales manager had a real-time view of exactly where every deal stood.
